No pets. Horses, or other animals transported in trailers are fine.

Children under 10 years of age not recommended (during cold months) for safety reasons, as the hotel utilizes wall heaters that can burn hands if touched.

Historic property is not handicapped friendly, as most guests must climb stairs. However, we do have one guest room on ground floor.

Parties, groups and events are encouraged.

Owners will attempt to accommodate special lodging or food requests with 48 hour notice.

Dining Information​
Please note that there are currently no dining options available in town, as the closest restaurant, the Branding Iron Saloon, has closed. ​

The nearest town with food options is Springfield, though selections are limited and some restaurants may close early. We recommend calling ahead before making the drive.
​
Additional dining options can be found in La Junta and Las Animas, both of which offer a wider variety of restaurants.
